Orders placed before 3pm (PST) on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm (PST) will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed during the weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
We can only ship within the United States. No P.O. Boxes please.

Returns & Exchanges
We are proud of our Soft Forest collection and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange within 30 days
of purchase (excluding shipping costs). All exchanges and returns must be accompanied by an original receipt or packing slip. Due to health regulations, please understand that used linens cannot be returned, including towels, bedding, clothing, and etc. All returns must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging. Sale and clearance items are final, and are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
For an exchange or return, please include the original sales receipt/packing slip, the desired action to be taken, the item(s) to exchange to, and the reason for exchange or return so we can better serve you.
